Reference Point!
Hello 🤗 How is the week going? Mine has been going really fine, I finished my first book for the year and I am super excited. I have not even read all I planned to study but this is a win for me, just keep pushing and staying consistent, we will definitely reach the finish line 😊. Noah did this; he did all that God commanded him. And Noah did all that the Lord commanded him. Genesis 6:22, 7:5. Earlier this year, I started my yearly Bible reading plan and I came across these verses during one of my reading and it struck me. To be reference point in your generation, you have to be completely obedient to God. Noah, Enoch, David, Ruth, Esther and more were obedient to God. These men and women stood out in their generation because of total obedience to God's instructions. There is a level of obedience that comes with trust, Abraham trusted God and obeyed, so did Enoch, Noah, David and many others.
