Turning Deaf Ears

Hello everyone, it's a pleasure writing today and I am so happy because of the impact of the write-ups in the life of different individuals. So keep getting blessed and share the blessing by sharing the link, enjoy. 

Until recently, I realized that I haven't really understood the phrase 'Turning deaf ears'. I had a conversation with someone not to long ago and during this conversation the person made a statement which I wanted to reply to but I didn't because I knew any statement made will cause a misunderstanding so, I held my peace. As I thought about the whole scenario I gave myself reasons why it was important I didn't respond, one of which was the fact that sometimes people make statements they don't really mean and didn't know that it had the capacity to create misunderstanding.
As I was deep in thought, the phrase 'Turning deaf ears' occurred to me and the Holy Spirit made me understand the reason deaf people don't react to statement made about them was because, they couldn't hear what was said. I realized that life will become much easier and beautiful if we could just pretend we didn't hear some things, keep quite and avoid reacting, this is important because it saves us from unnecessary conflict and getting hurt. 
I strongly believe that if we should start turning deaf ears to a whole lot of statement made it will go a long way to making the world a better place. Decide today to just act like you didn't hear that statement made to get you hurt, angered and depressed. Turn Deaf Ears

    We should select what we hear. Correct where necessary. Learn if need be and above all, guide the words that come from us, seasoning them with grace.

Unforgiveness!

Happy Thursday Guys 😀 I hope you are seeing how fast January is? for all those giving January 77 days 😂😂. Anyway I feel days are moving fast because of the multiplication of evil, may God help us in Jesus name 🙌. I really don't like movies with sad endings, I always wish I can rewrite the story to end well. Sad movies trouble my mind as funny as that may sound, you may think 🤔 "but it's just a movie". In reality not everyone has a happy ending and I appreciate writers who makes us understand this.
