Work & Pray

 Happy weekend amazing people, this week was beautiful and a little stressful. It is a privilege to see the 11th month of this mind blowing 2020, it has been a busy year lots have happened and God kept us. All Glory to Jesus

We are used to the phrase " faith without work is vain", this is so true and has been confirmed in God's word. Today's post gives us an interesting illustration 

Sometime ago, I was searching for something, I had searched everywhere I could but I couldn't find it

This made me go into critical thinking and as I thought I remembered I had not told God that I was searching for something, so I prayed.

During the prayer, the Holy Spirit  advised me to carefully and without anxiety go and search again and I did

Lo and behold, I found it where I had searched before

Here is the lesson, it is important to work but more important to put everything into God's hand in prayer

Work can never take the place of prayer also prayer can't take the place of work. The two are vital for a fulfilled life

As you work always seek God's help to assist where your strength and expertise can't help

As you pray, always know God won't do for you what he has given you the ability to do

Learn to give work and prayer their rightful place.

Unforgiveness!

Happy Thursday Guys 😀 I hope you are seeing how fast January is? for all those giving January 77 days 😂😂. Anyway I feel days are moving fast because of the multiplication of evil, may God help us in Jesus name 🙌. I really don't like movies with sad endings, I always wish I can rewrite the story to end well. Sad movies trouble my mind as funny as that may sound, you may think 🤔 "but it's just a movie". In reality not everyone has a happy ending and I appreciate writers who makes us understand this. Movies like Acrimony and many others including real life experiences has proven that unforgiveness is an attribute that can ruin a person's life.
