This is the sixth month and I know some of us have been able to achieve so much, keep up the good work 😉, to some of us trying to put things together, keep at it you will achieve more 😊 and finally to those of us who don't have energy for anything, you got to go to work 😁.

I was privileged to participate in a survey for a period of one year,  this survey involved travelling to different locations, attending trainings and carrying out our survey duties.

I noticed some of the hotels we stayed in were no longer managed properly, this was because some were old and had not be renovated while others were not in the heart of the town hence their workers paid no attention to handling these places properly.

There were other places that renovation was ongoing, workers were paying attention and seeing to it that everything goes fine. Recently, I came across a recreational park where I used to visit as a child. It was the talk of the town then but now people don't usually visit this place like they use to, why?

If you don't upgrade, your value will be little and you will no longer be relevant. When I studied these hotels and the recreational park, I saw the need to constantly upgrade, to renovate my mind and things that concerns me if I want to remain important and relevant.

When you build up yourself there is need for constant renovation, there is need for improvement. No matter how beautiful a building is after sometime if it is not renovated it will lose it beauty.

To maintain your beauty constant upgrade is needed, life is stagnant and of no value if there is no renovation or upgrade. Learn to improve on yourself and the things around you continually.
