First Attempt - The Beginning of Greater Things

I took a bike (okada) sometime ago and I came across a hill, the cyclist was concerned about me while going up the hill but I wasn't scared at all. I remembered after that experience that I went for a field work about a year ago where I was going up and down hills frequently, going up a hill was no big deal for me anymore.

Hello 😊
How are you doing today? My week is going well and the realization that the year is about to end is becoming more evident, things yet to be accomplished and what to do in preparation for the coming year. The thought of this can be overwhelming 🤦 but the "Sugar Grain Principle" can help you live and feel better. If you want to understand this principle you can let me know 😉 and if you have heard of it, please let's keep it a secret until it is demanded for 😎.

Now back to my story, when going up a hill I just relax and enjoy the ride, maybe I haven't come across a super high hill but I believe I will be able to handle it 😂😎.
The most difficult time to do a thing is the first time, it is important to loose the grip of fear on your mind to start something.

As I thought of my experience I realized that doing something the first time is the most difficult after that your confidence enhances. Take that course, learn that skill, attempt that thing. Just take the first step and see how everything else falls into place.

The fear not to make any attempt will come, different voices will rise in your mind, the thought of failing will come. Here is the thing, what is the worst thing that can happen on your first attempt? You learn, you will learn how to do it and not to do it.

Failure is part of the learning process, nobody wants to fail, I don't want to fail, you don't want to fail but if failure happens, what do you do? You take your eyes of the past, learn from the experience, look forward and try again.

Philippians 3:13 Of course, my friends, I really do not think that I have already won it; the one thing I do, however, is to forget what is behind me and do my best to reach what is ahead. Selah
