Focus - Blindness

Firstly today's theme is strange, but I think this theme best describes the message in today's post. If you have a different theme I would love to know it, anyway enjoy your read.

Welcome to the last month of the year 2021, the year might not have been exactly what you planned but I believe you have so much to be grateful for like life, health, family, friends, Joy, peace and fulfilment in certain areas. In all remain grateful to God

Have you ever been so focused on a thing that you realized you didn't see someone trying to talk to you?

Sometime ago I went to get something for the house, I had two places in mind while going. I got to the first store they didn't have it and I went  to the second store where I found it. When returning back from the second store I noticed I had passed a store that had what I wanted. 

What happened? Why didn't I see it?

I realized I was so focused on the place I was going that I didn't notice someone else had what I wanted. Focus makes you blind, blinded to other things apart from what you want. The power of focus cannot be overemphasized because so many things are achievable when focus is in place.

Do you really want to avoid distraction find something to focus on, when focus is in place, distraction is absent. If I wasn't focused on the place I was going, I would have entered several other stores because I didn't I didn't have a picture in mind. Focus gives you a straight and less complicated journey.

How do I focus? From the story I shared, I knew what I wanted and I went for it. To focus, it is important to have a clear idea or knowledge of what you want and go for it.

I would love you to share other ideas on how you achieve focus, it would be of great help to anyone reading.

    To FOCUS, we need to consider these;

    1. A Clear or Vivid Objective, Goal or Vision

    2. Is your (1) a selfish ambition or a selfless ambition -----this is ambivalent, bcoz a man without conscious can still achieve focus for a selfish ambition bcoz I he won't be distracted by others comment though these comments might just be write.

    3. Is your (1) a YES, YES for the go? Disregarding the Negative comments of others?

    Answering these questions and adding Persistency to Consistency walking towards the ladder of slow progression will eventually culminate to FOCUS

Unforgiveness!

Happy Thursday Guys 😀 I hope you are seeing how fast January is? for all those giving January 77 days 😂😂. Anyway I feel days are moving fast because of the multiplication of evil, may God help us in Jesus name 🙌. I really don't like movies with sad endings, I always wish I can rewrite the story to end well. Sad movies trouble my mind as funny as that may sound, you may think 🤔 "but it's just a movie". In reality not everyone has a happy ending and I appreciate writers who makes us understand this.
