Welcome to the last days of 2021 😌
It has been an interesting ride through the year and I have something for you to wrap up the year.

This content was was posted in September 2020 and I felt it will be of great importance to someone as it is to me. Earlier this month I had a home accident, it was pretty bad but Glory to God I am healed now.

Few days ago as I looked at my leg and saw the scars it made me grateful to God for his deliverance from the accident, I was grateful that was the worse that happened. As I thought about God's faithfulness to me I remembered this post and I thought to reshare it as the last post for the year.

Scar - a permanent mark on the skin sometimes caused by the healing of a wound.

Sometime in 2015, not long after I finished secondary school, I was cooking at home. It was using a two burner cooker, in the process of trying to add an ingredient in the pot, the lid of the other shifted causing the steam to burn my hand. 

That experience can never be forgotten, it was so terrible and painful that's when I learnt how dangerous steam was especially from a cooking pot.

About five years later, I looked at my hand and the scar was still there and glaring, this made me realize the scar served as a reminder that I should always be careful with hot things especially steam and it also reminded me that I had healed from that experience.

In our lives, scars are not there to cause us pain, hurt, anger or regret, it is actually there to teach us lessons and remind us of our healing. It is bad to allow what caused you a scar to repeat again, it is also bad to allow your scars cause you to hate and not forgive.

Decide today to allow your scars remind you of the lessons learnt, God's mercies and goodness and the joy that you came out better, it shouldn't remind you of the hurt, pain and anger.

Let your scars be a source of joy and not pain, it is your decision to make.

Unforgiveness!

Happy Thursday Guys 😀 I hope you are seeing how fast January is? for all those giving January 77 days 😂😂. Anyway I feel days are moving fast because of the multiplication of evil, may God help us in Jesus name 🙌. I really don't like movies with sad endings, I always wish I can rewrite the story to end well. Sad movies trouble my mind as funny as that may sound, you may think 🤔 "but it's just a movie". In reality not everyone has a happy ending and I appreciate writers who makes us understand this.
