Doing it Well!
Welcome to a New Year 🎉
Last year was great and amazing, I trust God this year will be greater. After all, the path of the just is like a shining light that shines brighter and brighter unto a perfect day. So cheer up and walk in God's will for your life in this new year 😊.
This is the first post for the year and I believe it is going to help us align and maximize this new year. Don't forget to drop a comment and feel free to share the link to this post.
Recently my sister watched King of Boys 2 and she was narrating what happened with Makanaki (MK) and Odogwu Malay (OM). I found it really interesting and I learnt so much from it.
OM killed MK sometime ago, only for MK to show up later. It was confusing to OM how MK was still alive and he decided to let Eniola know what was happening and she asked a question, "did you burn him after killing him"? His response was "no". And Eniola made an interesting comment "you are too slow".
Firstly, I am really sorry for those who may not have watched this movie and secondly I think I will be taking up movie review as a side job 😎😂. There is a lesson here and I want to share with you.
Anything that is not done well, is as good as a thing not done at all. The consequences of not doing something well can be grievous just like in the movie I wrote about, we have heard stories of the carelessness of Doctors that have cost patients their lives.
Eccl 9:10, Work hard at whatever you do... This scripture has encouraged us to do whatever we find doing well (only things that give Glory to God of course) and we know that every instruction given to us by God is definitely for our good and profit.
The lessons from this movie has stuck in my mind because doing a thing can either be a curse (if not done well) like King Saul in the Bible or a blessing (if done well) the children of Israel in front of Jericho wall.
Prov 22:29, Show me someone who does a good job, and I will show you someone who is better than most and worthy of the company of kings.
Decide today, If I have to do it, then it has to be done well.
Whatever is worth doing is worth doing well... Good work keep it up dear 👍
